We have switched to renewable energy which has greatly reduced our emissions. We are now working towards reducing our transport emissions through our sustainable event travel and transport plan which includes consolidating loads to reduce mileage, looking at fuel economical routes over time economical ones and designing items with efficient transport in mind.

Energy usage is based on actual Kwh reported from energy suppliers. Transport mileage is based on tachograph records and other internal mileage reports. Ghg conversion factors 2024 full set for advanced users v1 were used to calculate emissions

Yes

We have introduced a passenger mileage rate to encourage employees to carry passengers on business journeys to cut down on travel. We have introduced more recycling bins to reduce landfill waste. We are continuing with hybrid working to cut down on commute mileage and encourage meetings to be held online where possible.

Yes

We now subscribe to an industry specific carbon measurement platform to enable us to offer carbon tracking as an add on service to clients to help them monitor and reduce the carbon footprint of the projects we are working on for them. We are also putting pressure on regular suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to reducing their emissions and sourcing alternatives where these suppliers don\'t meet our own goals in terms of sustainability.

This year we have increased our reporting to cover more scope 3 elements. We have seen a drop in our scope 2 due to our use of renewable energy but an increase in other areas due to increase in elements reported on.
